The tournament (between the national men's teams of Armenia, Russia, China, and France) will be held on the internet, from December 18-23, 2004. The games will be held on the Internet Chess Club ICC and broadcast live on the tournament homepage. This is the first time such a tournament (online format of this caliber) has ever been organized.
