Quark XDK

If anyone has a copy of the XDK for version 6.5 or below, it would be greatly appreciated if that person could provide a link to it?

I'm stuck trying to convert some quark docs to XML, and the tools either don't work or are too expensive, therefore I've found that it'll be easier for me to write one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
