Job Description:
Executive Summary
The Microsoft Engineer is responsible for the architecture, installation, support and documentation of all aspects of the Company’s Microsoft network infrastructure.
Skills / Qualifications
- Five years of Networking Design/Project Management experience with an emphasis on Active Directory, Exchange and SQL Server in an enterprise environment.
- Seven plus years of Microsoft Network Administration experience on medium to large scale networks. Expertise in the design installation, maintenance and/or troubleshooting of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 2000 and XP, IIS, OWA, etc.
- Experience in design, implementation and monitoring of network security policies.
- Effective decision making skills.
- Experienced expert with skills in Internet protocols and services such as DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP and SMTP is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of current IT best practices and procedures
- Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet Company’s needs.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, both in Armenian and English.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2000/2003

- Looking for a Cisco Engineer with at least 4-5 years of experience in mid /
large Information Technology organizations.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, network architecture, routing protocols, frame
relay, ISDN, Firewalls, VPN, including McAfee IDS, and Network General Sniffer's Visualizer.
- Knowledge and understanding of current IT best practices and procedures
- Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet Company’s needs.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, both in Armenian and English.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years Oracle DBA experience in a Unix environment supporting Production applications.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Architectural / maintenance / tuning experience with large Oracle Databases in 24x7 configuration
- Minimum 3-5 years Experience with Disk layout and Physical tuning of large
- Minimum 3-5 years Experience recovering production databases
- Minimum 3-5 years Experience writing SQLPLUS and UNIX shell scripts
- Minimum 3-5 years Experience installing/upgrading/maintaining Oracle software - Oracle 8i/9i
- Minimum 1+ years Experience with Oracle Web Application Server
- Minimum 2+ years on SQL Server
- Knowledge and understanding of current IT best practices and procedures

We are currently looking for a seasoned Project Manager- The project will involve working with our IT and business folks, and an outside vendor to set up an intranet. Attached is a list of the Pre-Qualifying Requirements
-Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager
-Expertise with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
-In-depth understanding of PM concepts and techniques, such as project plan development, project tracking/management, problem resolution, resource, risk identification/reduction/mitigation, project communications
-Experience managing various types of projects (system development, process improvement, implementation, conversions/migrations, rollouts, etc.) that involve resources from IT and business areas
-Hands-on experience applying PM tools such as risk assessments, lessons learned, change management, issue resolution, etc.
-Demonstrable track record of on-time, within-budget delivery of complex projects
