HR Position - SEF International Ltd.
SEF International Ltd., a universal credit organization with nine-year experience in Armenia, advertises a full-time position of HR Assistant based in Yerevan. This position will provide support to the management in the areas of HR and document administration.
A successful candidate will possess:
Qualification and Experience
University degree, preferably in economics, finance, law or linguistics
2+ years of relevant experience in HR or on secretary/personal assistant position, preferably in credit organisation, bank, micro-finance institution, or international organisation/company
Capacity and Skills
Basic knowledge of labour law
Good knowledge of, and skills in, documents administration and processing
Basic knowledge and understanding of credit business principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Great attention to details and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to be a team player and to work with multi-national staff
Proven time-management skills
Skill to manage sensitive information
Fluency in verbal and written Armenian, English and Russian; skill in translation from/to languages listed above
Good computer literacy and proven working knowledge of MS Office applications and email client (MS Outlook Express or similar)
Good typewriting skills (40+) is a plus
Ability to be flexible with hours and travel locally (up to 10% of time)
Terms of Employment
Probation period
Six-month contract, can be renewed
Salary is based on the corporate grade system and commensurate with experience
