Announce new call for proposals of the scientific cooperation programme between Eastern Europe and Switzerland SCOPES
The programme aims at supporting individual researchers, research teams and research institutions in Eastern Europe in their endeavour to overcome the difficulties of the transition period. It focuses on the promotion of research projects of high quality, on the improvement of institutional framework conditions that enable a further increase of the research performance, and on the better integration of individuals and institutions into the international scientific community
