All mp3->mid software I tried so far doesn't convert even close to original file. So it worth to try this one. Thanks mate!

I have tried about 50 converters but there is very bad result and quality
in converted midi files
I need to convert about 1GB of mp3 to armenian ringtones
to put them on www.armind.org
so any suggestion will help me

Good and bad to know.
Good because now we know! Bad because it makes now 51 bad converters.
As I'm not into mobiles apps, I would suggest you to try more of them and when you find one good just tell us and I'll try getting medicine for it...

I don't believe there is a converter out there, that can convert even close to original one, due to complexity of task. This is currently impossible.
