Found in bit-torrents (and got it) Age of Empires Gold Edition for Pocket PC v1.07. There are three *.exe files (installers), Age of Empires(ARM), Campaign and Scenarios plus medicine, all this worthing about 17MB. I didn't test as I've not a PPC.
In the meantime I found another link (BT too) for v1.25, but up to the moment didn't get a sole byte.
Are you interested in v1.07? If so I can send it to you...
