I have created a new site, thegreatcrime.org, which combats the growing denial of the Armenian Genocide. I am seeking a person who might assist with
upgrading my current version of php-nuke (6.0) to the latest stable version. I would be most appreciative if you might be able to suggest someone who would
be able to help.

I personally would strongly advise him to evade using PHPNuke at all costs and switch to basically any other CMS.
