Yerevan Press Club announces a paid internship opportunity for lawyers and senior law students. The duration of the internship is six months, June-November 2006, it is remunerated and will seek to establish a long-term working relationship between the lawyers selected and the YPC.
The internship will include a specialized training on media and information law and the interns are expected to assist the Yerevan Press Club in its law development and advocacy activities as well as legal protection of the rights of journalists and media.
Successful candidates must be:
- practicing lawyers or senior students of law departments of universities
- interested in media and information legislation
- ready to establish a long-term partnership relation with Yerevan Press Club
