TITLE: Engineer
LOCATION: Germany
JOB DESCRIPTION: BRONCOWAY is looking for highly experienced engineer for working on a project in Germany.
REQUREMENTS
The engineer shall have knowledge about
:
- GSM/(E)GPRS protocols and signalling procedures within BSS and NSS.
- UMTS-FDD/TDD protocols and signalling procedures within RNS and CN.
- Different parameter settings used for Radio Resource Management and Handover Control.
- Hands-on experience for different OAM tools used to control BTS/Node B, BSC/RNC, MSC and SGSN.
- Performance Measurement using KPI’s.
Mandatory:
The engineer should have working for at least 2 years at a telecommunication network equipment supplier (preferable Siemens, Ericsson or Nortel), a handset supplier or a mobile service provider (preferable Vodafone or O2). This working experience should cover one out of the following areas: System Test, IOT, Field Introduction or Acceptance Test.
Optionally:
The engineer should have knowledge about handling of network signalling simulators like Anite's SAT Systems, Tektronix's K1297-G20, Nethawk's BSC Simulator.
He should be experiences in the adaptation of existing and programming of new scripts using Perl, PHP and SQL.
The engineer shall be able to:
Define tests based on given requirements specifications. Execute available tests and analyse the network signalling behaviour. Report errors and support the designers for bug fixing.
Language:
The project language will be English any other tongue is welcomed.
