Urgent: Communications/PR professional for a leading mining company in Armenia

Hi,
We are seeking to recruit a competent communications professional to handle PR activities for one of our clients. I post this message from a PR agency in India and the selected candidate will act as our agency representative posted at the client site. Our client is a leading mining company in Armenia. The candidate should have around 4-10 years of experience in public relations. the following qualifications are preferred:
- should be conversant in both armenian and english language
- should hold a mass communications degree/specialisation
- should have excellent media relations capabilities
- experience in crisis management and issues handling will be an added advantage
- should have excellent communications skills
- candidates with government relations/lobbying capabilities will be preferred
- can have either PR agency or corporate communications background
- the candidate will also be required to handle in-house communications for our client.
