1. Well you can and may type in latin letters, but all users will really apreciate if you use cyrilic for russian.

2. Gm, for me it'll english. But I doubt if others share my point.

I have problems not with installing ARM/RUS keyboards, but that i know placement of Latin alphabet only... Well, i also type in Armenian but not with Unicode...I have never used it before...Besides, i see armenian is not popular here, mostly russian...
