TITLE: Photojournalist
TERM: Short term
OPEN TO/ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: All qualified candidates.
START DATE/ TIME: selected dates between April 8-15 (TBD) with possible extension in July and August
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia
JOB DESCRIPTION: The photojournalist coordinates local media for the special events, does the after event follow up and provides final press release, takes and provides photographs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with media during special events, and permanently to appropriately highlight Organization’s activities and goals. (Media Relations and press releases.)
Join the volunteer groups for assigned dates and take pictures of the event, prepare captions and stories for selected pictures.
QUALIFICATION
Experience in NGO work
Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian languages
Be well informed about all relevant Mass Media in Armenia
Experience in the field of Communications/PR/
Experienced photographer
