Open letter to the Administration

Hi!

1.- More than three years ago I've suggested the idea of creating a sub-forum with the aim of providing material for potential writers. One of the three simple rules was

Stories should be true and lived or witnessed by the teller.

Anyway after all the time elapsed we have in the "By the fire" 21 stories only and most of them aren't lived nor witnessed by the tellers. So I must say that this is a complete failure.

This said I feel like asking the Administration to move all threads in "By the fire" to the main "English Only" section deleting the sub-forum.

2.- As from March 2007 the "English Only" section started to be shaken by a self entitled writer, Mr Arabaliozian, who initiated not more not less than 67 threads up to this moment, a few of them with some good quotations the remaining (the most part) being different versions of just one little sentence: "Armenians who don't think like me are garbage!"

Free speech is a holy right! But I must confess - not being Armenian - that I'm full up of this kind of attitude and think I'm not alone.

So I dare to ask the Administration to create a sub-forum under "English Only" (it looks like this Armenian can't write in Armenian) called for instance "Arabaliozian's Corner", and transfer here all the threads he initiated. At the same time the member would be instructed to initiate all of his further demonstrations of intellectual fantasies in the sub-forum created for him.

Please check the sub-forum and you'll find 22 threads one of them not being a story.

Much simpler than that:

1- Go to English Only.
2- On the top there is the sub-forum "By the fire...". Click on it.
3- A page will open with the threads.

There should be some problem in your settings that prevent you from seeing the page. I see it perfectly. Just can't upload a snapshot as my limit for attachments is in the red...

Anouk jan "By the fire..." is under "English Only" section which is in the "Miscellaneous" category. On the other hand I can't speak other languages besides Portuguese, French, English, Spanish and Italian...

The original idea was virtually joining people sitting on the ground surrounding a big fire, and telling stories from different cultures. But it really failed...

My dearest RedStone, your idea is good, honestly telling you, I am even struggling on defining real and imaginary prospects of life, may be not competent enough to write under the limitation of "REAL" tag, 21 good shares are fortunate attainment. Reconsider on the shifting.

First I would like to know what's wrong about criticizing someone in public.

Second I just issued my opinion about a set of threads, did it politely, and made a suggestion to the administration.

By the way, where are you, Administrators?
