Web design without programming

Hi,
I run a retailed garment shop and can afford little money for advertisement. I’ve been told that hiring a web designer is a costly affair. Can any one tell me some simple steps to build my website from development to publishing on the web without programming?

Various site builders, CMSes (e.g. WordPress, Joomla etc), but these require some basic knowlegde too.

what you are saying doesnt looks very feasible to me because if u want to promote ur shop on the world wide web then you will have to hire a web designer for the same because its a bit technical thing which every one can not do.
well i would suggest you that why dont you get a
Custom Logo Design instead.that would not even need a web designer but only a logo would not help you out in promoting your shop on the web.
for domestic purpose you can go for a logo.
it wont even need web designer.it can b made on photoshop as well which wont b much expensive.

You can use Yoast SEO — WordPress Plugins. You can also try web 2.0 sites like Weebly, Yola.
