JOB OPENING WITH TUFENKIAN HOLDINGS, LTD.

OPERATIONS MANAGER POSITION

Functions:

1) Create/understand org chart of company and articulate responsibilities of positions of the company so that all functions are assigned, ownership of all work is assumed, and staff are motivated to perform. Create and define
new positions as needed as the company grows and changes.

2) Hire and replace appropriate persons, and:
a) define their responsibilities and goals
b) train them (or organize and oversee their training)
c) tie compensation to goals and responsibilities
d) create relevant performance metrics
e) gather metrics data, create reports, evaluate performance

3) Resolve conflicts, disconnects, and inefficiencies in organization
a) identify such problems from reports created for the purpose
b) find root causes, and correct them

4) Review and continually refine workflows, systems, and procedures, to
create smooth running and efficient operations.
a) document above, and train/discipline staff to implement them
b) define efficiency of the company, measure it, and continually improve it

5) Oversee the following areas, define and continually redefine
effectiveness of each, and work with area managers to continually improve.
a) MIS
b) Warehouse
c) Sales Support

Required qualifications:

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Previous work experience is a must
- Proven leadership, good communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of MS Project is preferable
