INECOBANK cjsc announces vacancy in the International Loan Programs Department.

Functional Title: Credit Officer

Supervisor: Credit Manager

Job Summary: The Credit Officer shall build a sustainable, high quality
loan portfolio; develop lending capacity; and take part in evaluating
policies and procedures. The Credit Officer will support the Credit Manager
to implement the International loan programs according to the needs
determined by the Credit Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. To identify potential clients, generate deals, conduct client interviews,
complete a thorough financial analyses of the deal, compose accurate credit
write-ups, verify the accuracy of closing documentation and disbursement
process and undertake required due diligence, monitor and report on active
deals, Maintain complete loan files, and other duties necessary to support
the lending process;
2. Present loan write-ups, cash flow analyses, and grading of loans to the
Credit Manager and Credit Committees for approval;
3. Aid with the timely reporting of loan portfolio activity, loan
monitoring, problem asset monitoring, and other reports deemed necessary;
4. Keep the Crdit Manager informed of loan portfolio activity, loan
monitoring, problem asset monitoring, and other components deemed necessary;
5. In conjunction with the Credit Manager, the Credit Officer will develop a
professional, mature, and respectful working relationship with partner
agencies;
6. Promote loan programs by aiding to create marketing strategies and
seeking new potential clients through meeting with business associations,
conducting seminars, attending trade fairs;
7. Partake in trainings;
8. Undertake any other duties designated by the Employer.

Requirements:
- Experience of working with Businesses, and Credit and Banking institutions
- In depth financial knowledge of businesses and lending institutions
- University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting (MBA desirable)
- Fluent spoken and written English, Russian and Armenian
- Good computer skills: Excel, Word
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
