The Ministry of State Property Management of the Republic of Armenia (MSPM) is initiating a Company Restructuring Pilot Project with assistance from the World Bank. The Implementing Agency for this project will be housed in the MSPM and will employ qualified and experienced management/restructuring consultants. The Ministry invites all interested individuals to apply for Team Leader, Group Leader and Consultant positions in the Company Restructuring Pilot Project. The duration of the Pilot Project is 12 months.
General Qualification Requirements
- At least Master's degree in Public/Business Administration or equivalent;
- Excellent Armenian, English and Russian;
- Computer skills: MS Office, MS Project or other project management software, Internet proficiency.
1. Qualification Requirements: Team Leader
- At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in development projects;
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to build partnerships and teams and to work independently, under time pressure.
2. Qualification Requirements: Group Leader
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in development projects;
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to build partnerships and teams and to work independently, under time pressure.
3. Qualification Requirements: Consultant
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in development projects;
- Leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in teams as well as independently, under time pressure.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in preparation and implementation of the restructuring plan for the selected enterprises;
- Participate in preparation of technical documents that may be deemed necessary for the enterprise restructuring;
- Participate in due diligence of the selected enterprises;
- Participate in the training of the enterprises' staff;
- Support international experts called in to advise in the course of the project;
- Participate in creation of the necessary databases;
- Participate in the final appraisal of the restructuring.
