JOB TITLE: Lawyer (part time - 1-6pm)
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Lawyer will provide legal consulting services in accordance with the requirements of the RA Civil Code, and other legal acts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting, editing and brushing of contracts, agreements and legal documentation of the client.
- Preparation of review of legal document templates for the client both internally and externally with staff, employees and executives,suppliers and clients, etc.
- Ongoing monthly legal consulting both verbal and written legal
counseling and support in ongoing matters.
- Legal support in negotiations, contracting, business traveling and trips, presentations, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MA in Law,
- Work experience for minimum 1 year,
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Salary: $100
