yeah, i am sure, you will be happy if another couple of passenger planes will attack lets say Empire State Building, and anothe 6000 people will burn alive in debreis... those 222n americans deserve to die...

i have a suggestion, what if you and a couple of other ppl from here that hate americans won't hijack a plane (armenian airlines) and go straight for it? huh? you look like really merry men.....

Lets just understand the meaning of the word terrorist.. you forgot that sometimes weak forced do systematic use of terror or unpredictable violence against governments, publics, or individuals to attain a political objective. Terrorism has been used by political organizations with both rightist and leftist objectives, by nationalistic and ethnic groups, by revolutionaries, and by the armies and secret police of governments themselves.
I repeat, now, after collapse of the Soviet Union, there is only one power left in the world. United States will become a new Nazi power in the world and the only way to fight it for small countries like Iraq is terror.

Gentlemen, let me express my opinion about the matter of your discussion. Though, it's a deep offtop, for what I ask for your forgiveness.

To tell the truth, I don't understand the meaning of the word 'terrorist'. And also I don't understand why lately this word has got a negative attitude. Terrorist is the one, that kills innocent people ? Well, how many innocent people are dying in a war ? But who call military personnel terorrists ? Also, there is a question: who is innosent ? I did not go to war with Iraq, I did not kill anybody, but I pay thousand of dollars to the federal budget, and large slice of that money is used for military purpose. So, I'm guilty, to some extent. From the other side, if country wouldn't have a military forces, it won't be able to survive in modern world.
Now, for me the real terrorist is one, that is ready to bomb anything, anybody for the money. One, that is moved by the ideas of freedom, national independency, etc. is not a terrorist, he's a freedom fighter. The problem is that it is hard to distinguish between them.

i dont see how you proved that you are or you are not a terrorist, so let me think that you are.... in my mind a terrorist is a criminal. a criminal that can kill me, my brother, my wife, mother etc. why should i respect terrorists target? why should i help him to achieve his aim? i'd rather eliminate him as a dangerous animal, threatening to my and my relative's life....

First of all I must say I'm a suspect, because I'm against all kinds of physical violence. I think that everybody can eliminate diferences with talking and talking and talking!

What is terrorism? More or less from the books it's any action executed by an individual or groups of individuals, with the aim of terrifying the population of a certain area.

This leads me to say that all the crashes in New York on September 11 had a criminal nature. But not all of them were terrorist actions. For instance the crash on the Pentagon was clearly a purely political act, against the symbol of the military power of the USA. Still a crime, but nobody can call it terrorism. On the other hand the crashes on the Towers were terrorist actions.

From the information I have Saddam's regimen was (is?) a terrorist one, as it bases the power on the terror. As was the regimen in my country up to 1974. So Saddam and his crew are terrorists, so Salazar and his followers were (most already died) terrorists.

But I must say too that the act of invading Iraq is also pure terrorism. So the leaders who decided the invasion and the military who volunteered are terrorists.

As it is terrorism the campaign just started by George Bush against Syria.

Have you already thought how frightened their good people should be now?

I can't resist to comment the reason invoked for the invasion of Iraq: they have massive destruction weapons. Up to now they didn't find them (if later on they claim having found some, just don't believe: they should have been put there by some of Bush's servants). But here I have a question: don't USA possess massive destruction weapons? Why should they be allowed to? Are those ones in good hands? I don't think there are good hands for that. And definitely Bush's are very bad hands!

Besides the true reason was the complete failure of the intervention in Afghanistan: where is Bin Ladden? Now in Iraq: where is Saddam Hussein? So Bush should go on!

The real root of this problem is a power game between a small number of leaders. And believe me they don't care at all about terrorist actions against their populations. Bush, like Saddam (I could add some others, but you know them for sure) don't value human lives. They just care about their own and their power. So any action against the civil population has a sole effect: as a mass phenomenon, people will get closer to the leader, and will ask him what he wants to hear: bomb them! fry them!

Individuals like Bush should be removed from their posts by the mechanisms that still exist in the USA. I refuse believing that their politicians only worry about the sexual adventures of their Presidents. I'm confident that not being intoxicated by the official propaganda, they will see soon the danger that somebody like that represents for the country itself (and the world) and for the freedom of their own people (and the human kind).

All this is for saying to Завен Григорян and DaNYer: Please moderate your language! Don't embark in the terrorist games of Bin Ladden and Bush! You are the people, not the leaders!
