Default An open question to the administration

To my knowledge a set of forum rules is being prepared for publication. Will or will not be a policy of "one person - one nickname" included?

I don't see necessioty for that, unless one is abusing it (multiple nicks to avoid baniing, say).

I don't think that restricting a person from having multiple accounts on forum is something evil. Moreover, it is practically impossible to control number of accounts per person at all. So the answer is "will not".

However I have seen one person having multiple nicks mostly in cheap armenian chats, so i don't think that is really the case here, and in most forums in the armenian zone.
I believe it is not difficult to write code which would report possible cases, so if it's a necessity it can be realized.
