Alliance to Save Energy - Armenia

JOB TITLE: Consulting Service on Heating Pilot Projects and Equipment

ASSIGNMENT DURATION: 2-3 months with possible extension.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Program Consultant will support the Yerevan
office of the Alliance to Save Energy in implementation of the Municipal
Network for Energy Efficiency Program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced degree in technical field, or equivalent combination of
education and experience in heating projects.
- Experience in field related to heating and energy efficiency
- Background with demonstrated knowledge of heating-related
technologies, programs, and policies.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills (in
Armenian and English).
- Proficient in Word, Excel (database experience highly useful) and
PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with condominiums, governments and/or energy
utilities is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of condominium legislation in Armenia is a plus.

REMUNERATION: Commensurate with qualifications.
