интересно, перед кем? я согласен стать владельцем сайта, думаю, главное - оформить его соответствующим образом. например, ввести разделы "что народ думает о депутатах", "слухи и сплетни", "мысли вслух" - это если не будет конкретых материалов на руках. а если будут, еще лучше - сами виноваты, не надо давать поводов
