The British Embassy Yerevan is recruiting an
Estates Manager/Assistant Management Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Embassy Building and all residential properties. They will work closely with the Management Officer to ensure the smooth running of the Embassy operation. Financial and accounting experience is also necessary as the job involves covering for the accountant during leave periods.
The successful candidate will have fluent English and excellent organisational skills. He or she will also be a highly motivated and determined individual with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. The responsibilities are varied and challenging but there is also a need to complete routine tasks to a high standard and with enthusiasm.
The starting salary will be $458 (Dram equivalent) with performance related yearly increments.
