I just got a message from my recruiter asking, if I know somebody who would like to be employed with Mastech Emplifi Inc (Consulting company, I currently work for).
The bad news is, that he's interested only in those candidates, who already are in US. I.e. company does not sponsor fresh H1B visas for now.
Here is a what recruiter is looking for:
1) .NET people ( either C# or VB .NET flavors )
2) Java, J2EE, IBM Websphere/WSAD, DB2
3) any person that was on H1 in the U.S. for more than 3 years.

P.S. One more thing. Company has certain number of LC's available. So, LC substitution (and, consequently, fast GC) is something, that comes as a part of the deal.
