Another project in ASP
We are looking for an experienced ASP programmer that can help us develop an online invoice system.
The client can install a small application on their computer which will transmit invoice data to our database server (you are NOT responsible for this). Once this is complete, the system will email all the customers and let them know that their invoice is available. At this point the customer can view, pay (through secure gateway) or dispute the invoice (see attachment for additional features). We would like the code to include very detailed comments so additional changes can easily be made. Also, the database will eventually be moved to MSSQL, but we would like to start off using MySQL. The application should be developed so there are very few changes to move from MySQL to MSSQL. (The commenting and database setup at candypress.com is ideal). In developing this application, you can either user our server or your own, but we must have full access to your work so we can check on the progress. You should be availabe by phone or icq.
This bid request is to develop the functionality of the website. We are not looking for you to create detailed graphics, etc. You can use text or simple graphics to show how the site will work.
The system should be fully tested when we receive it. We reserve the right to hold payment for 2 weeks so we can test it ourselves. All bugs must be fixed before payment is made.
