Default The end of History,Francis Fukuyama

The end of the Cold War produced a philosophy of the "end of history. " The world would now become a boring place of small events, wrote the philosopher Fukuyama.

Liberal democracy as a system of government had emerged throughout the world over the past few years, as it conquered rival ideologies like hereditary monarchy, fascism, and most recently communism. More than that, however, I argued that liberal democracy may constitute the "end point of mankind's ideological evolution" and the "final form of human government," and as such constituted the "end of history." ---Francis fukuyama

Is thats possible

Friends sorry for english

I remember we got aknowledged with his works during the 'History of Civilization' course.
I don't really remember in such things. However, there might be some switch of tendencies in the nature of wars, like domination of wars within the border of one country and not between them. But no lack if ideology is noticed...what are suicide bombers if not victims of ideology?

I think the key of this phrase was "the end point of mankind's ideological evolution".
For now this tool - "liberal democracy" - fits needs of all major goverments so good that no change is possible during long period of time, imho.

furthermore, that policy will be transformed into totalitarizm - voila, "we're done".
