Default Parking problem

I think the problem is common for those of us on wheels.
Every driver is aware that the streets are comprised of lanes. AFAIK, unless explicitly specified with road signs, the first lane can be used for parking.
I had this incident regarding parking some time ago and need an advice please.
I love going to SquareOne after a long ride on my bike and have an ice cream or a burger before riding back to the garage.
SquareOne is right in front of the car rental, 'Lemon', just above Marco Polo. SquareOne parking lot, including the first street lane, are flooded with the rental's cars. I can take it. What I can't take is..
This one day I'm riding over to SquareOne for a hot chocolate, and (luckily) finding a free lot to park on the first lane (not even in the parking lot!) So I'm parking my motorcycle, going in, enjoying my chocolate, and when I'm coming out, the bike is not there anymore!!
My bike is somewhere else, there's a car standing where my motorcycle just was, and it's not hard to guess the dudes at Lemon did it.
So I'm trying to talk to these guys:

'Es ov a moton stex berel'
'Yes ape'
'Xi'
'Esi prakati texn a'
'Abovyan poxoci 1-in gic@?!'
'Ha ste sax prakati texn a'
'Vonc karas apacuces vor Abovyan poxoci 1-in gic@ prakati texn a?'
'Ape chem jogum poxanak shnorhakal @lnes vor motod barov xerov berel enq stex, munat es galis?'

The conversation continues in a more rude manner, and in the end I'm nervously riding away, not proving anyone anything and not being proven - waste of time.

And this's not the only case. We all can see hand-made 'signs' in front of most of the places - 'No parking' or 'Miayn Marco Poloyi meqenaneri hamar'. Worse yet: 'Ape du Marco Polo es gnum?' 'Che.' 'De mi kayni ste cavd tanem - @nde kayni.'

I still can understand if it's a 'private' parking lot. But the 1st lane?!?! Can anyone 'own' the right to park there, and moreover, ride (!!) a vehicle (bikes are vehicles, damit) that doesn't belong to them out of their 'private property' part of the street.

- Are these custom signs legal?
- Can a parking lot bordering with a public main street (like Abovyan) be private?
- Can a part of a street be owned?
- And if no, what can be done? (

So what is the solution?
I at least want to punish the outlaws in a legal way.
Merry Christmas.

I believe organizations have a right to reserve parking space in the first lane (let's thank god they don't park their cars on the sidewalk instead), however I'm not sure at all that those guys had a legal right to move your bike.

Nothing could be done - you are in Armenia
