1. Project Lead/Scrum Master
- Leading projects with the Agile project methodology is required.
- Candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of standard software
development methodologies such as Agile Development, Scrum, XP, Rational
Unified Process (RUP), and Waterfall.
- Must have experience as a Scrum Master accomplishing multiple initiatives.
- Candidate should show the capability to grow Agile as an alternative project management approach, teaching teams, consulting on projects, and leading as Scrum Master.
2. Software Quality Assurance and QA Tools Engineer
- Master degree in Computer Sciences or a related discipline;
- Technical English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening comprehension);
- Experience developing and executing manual and automated test suites
- Strong experience with QA tools like Visual Test, TestPartner, SilkPerformer or LoadRunner, bug tracking systems, test design and execution.
- Experience working in a variety of programming languages and environments
- Working knowledge of some or all of the following quality assurance methods: unit, integration, regression, user interface automated testing.
- Experience testing enterprise application
- Awareness of current technology;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be a successful member of a team;
- Willingness to work in distributed environment (work from home).
3.C# Software Developer
- Master degree in Computer Sciences or a related discipline;
- Over 2 years of C# development, enterprise-class system architecture and design or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience;
- Technical English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening comprehension);
- Experience in DevExpress library is advantage.
- Good knowledge of Delphi and SQL is an advantage;
- Experience in Oracle is an advantage;
- Demonstrated record of delivering high quality software products to market;
- Awareness of current technology;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be a successful member of a team;
- Willingness to work in distributed environment (work from home).
